Converse Footpatrol collaboration for Autumn 2012!

We’re excited about the launch of the Footpatrol for Converse Pro Leather collection – the latest Converse First String collaboration. From their initiation into the sneaker brotherhood in 2002, Footpatrol have gained credibility as a sure fire source for exclusive, underground sneaker launches. Today the store retains its position as one of the country’s premiere sneaker retailers.

For this collaboration, Footpatrol have brought their sneaker savvy to the mix to create two new Converse Pro Leather styles. Both styles are made from nubuck leather with the high top style in a soft grey, as opposed to the low-top in a smooth spearmint green. The trainers are given an earthy, world-conscious feel with the addition of an Aztec inspired mono-tone graphic pattern on the tongue and heel of the low-top, and a woven jacquard fabric for the high-top. The Footpatrol gasmask branding finishes the design imprinted on each shoe’s heel and sock liner.

“The Converse Pro Leather shoe ushered in the modern era of basketball footwear and is one of the most iconic sneakers of all time. Converse First String is a limited-edition collection that celebrates craftsmanship, authenticity and collaboration at the highest level. The Converse Footpatrol shoes are available now at Footpatrol in London and Converse First String Retailers globally. The shoes will retail for an RRP of £80 and will be available in unisex sizes 8 – 13.
