Gossip Bird creative fashion editorial – Tory Smith & Her African Grey

When fashion makes a parrot look grey! In fact, the gossip bird featured in this shoot by photographer, Tory Smith, is an African Grey parrot native to the Western and Central African rainforest. The creative fashion editorial was inspired by being surrounded by her aunt’s African Grey parrots when growing up.

Recommended view in full screen.

Here the bird sets off the AW15 graduate collection by Scottacus Anthony, inspired by military uniforms of the Hussars and Cuirassiers with a British raj twist in the playful, vibrant colours. Also loving the sculptural jewellery by Julie Impens.
