MAC Cosmetics are injecting some dark London theatrics into their brand with the launch of this latest range. They’ve partnered up with Gareth Pugh – the epitome of sharp edged style. Pugh doesn’t collaborate with just anyone who approaches him, so the MAC pair up is something of a coup for the cosmetics brand, but a natural one for Pugh given their support for his catwalk shows. The range blurs the traditional gender divide and challenges the conventions of fashion with Pugh’s signature geometric, gothic style.
Inspired by butterflies and bruises, Pugh has infused his trademark esoteric experimentation into the range that includes our favourite Metal-X Cream Shadow in shimmering silver and must have false eylashes cut in angular Pugh style! Avoiding his signature monotones for the collection, we have a wonderful assortment of lips, eyes and cheeks in futuristic, primal shades and custom black and silver geometric packaging.
