Swedish Sage Green Sandqvist backpacks: Spend time outdoors

It’s getting lighter in the evenings at last, and even though we’re not out of winter quite yet, we’re all starting to think about getting outdoors.

And the wonderful new SS16 Sage Green colourway conjured up by Nordic backpack specialists, Sandqvist, is making us feel like we can smell it in the air; spring is just around the corner.

Sandqvist was founded in Stockholm in 2004 by Anton Sandqvist, with his brother Daniel and their friend Sebastian. The backpacks and shoppers that make up the Sansqvist range are inspired by the Nordic landscape with its forests, rivers and vast unpopulated areas as well as an urban city lifestyle. Designs are uncomplicated, functional and beautiful, with clear Swedish heritage.

Sandqvist’s SS16 collection include the limited edition ‘Sage Green’ colourway and ‘Net Print’ design on the bodies of the classic Sandqvist backpack shapes. The Net print appears on the iconic Stig backpack, and the everyday shopper ‘Andy’ from their Canvas Originals series. Stig also comes in the exclusive SS16 colour Sage Green, together with a new Sandqvist style – the ‘Sonja’ rolltop backpack.

Sandqvist backpacks and shoppers are available at retailers around the world. They can also be purchased at the two flagship Sandqvist stores on Swedenborgsgatan 3 in Stockholm and Andra Långgatan 22 in Gothenburg and online at www.sandqvist.net.
