Not only do you have to give your staff PPE, but it has to be the right kind, of good quality, and you have to teach them how to use it.
By making sure your employees have the safety gear they need to do their jobs and that they know how to use it, you are helping them and giving them the independence they need to make decisions about their own health and safety.
